Monthly; roughly 20 pages per issue. Focus on youth, particularly in instilling optimism and overcoming pessimism. Included sections on cultivation, philosophy, science, religion, tales, and literature. Introduced issues such as the starting of a Consciousness-Only 唯識 study society, and medicine and hygiene. Printed between 3,000 and 5,000 copies in each run.
MFQ has 35 issues between 1947 and 1954.
