Fójiào yuèbào 佛教月報 (Buddhist Monthly) was the earliest Buddhist periodical in China, and the magazine of the Chinese General Buddhist Association 中華佛教總會. Tàixū 太虛, Lí Duānfǔ 黎端甫, Rénshān 仁山, Yuányīng 圓瑛, Zōngyǎng 宗仰 were all involved with this publication. Although it ceased publication after only four issues, its style was very influential on later publications. |
