A Chinese Buddhist periodical associated with Dìxián 諦閑

  • Location(s): Guānzōng Temple 觀宗寺 in Níngbō 寧波 until 1932, afterward, published in Yúnnán 雲南
  • Person(s): Chief editor, Bǎojìng 寶靜; dedicated to promoting the ideas of Dìxián
  • Associated Organizations: Organ of the Dharma Propagation Research Society 弘法研究社 (See 觀宗研究社)


Notes

Published monthly, first by Níngbō’s Gōuhé 鉤和 Company Publishing. This journal promoted Tiāntái 天台. When Dìxián died in 1932, Bǎojìng went to Yúnnán and continued publishing a journal by the same name. It had a continued focus on Tiāntái. It included sections on legends, poetry, lectures, photos, news on Chóngqìng 重慶, Hong Kong, and Anhuī 安徽.
