Monthly; roughly 20 pages per issue. Focus on youth, particularly on in instilling optimism in them and overcoming their pessimism. Included sections on cultivation, philosophy, science, religion, tales, and literature. Introduced issues such as news of the starting of a Consciousness-Only 唯識 study society, and medicine and hygiene. Printed between 3,000 and 5,000 copies in each run.
