Association for the Advancement of Buddhism: Fójiào xiéjìn huì 佛教協進會
A short-lived early organization dedicated to modernizing monastic education.

- Location(s): Nánjīng's 南京 Pílú Temple 毘盧寺, and then briefly Jiāngtiān Temple 江天寺
This organization was the brainchild of Tàixū 太虛, who had help from his former classmate Rénshān 仁山. Their goal was to modernize monastic education and to this end they sought to use Jiāngtiān Temple 江天寺 on Jīnshān 金山 as the location for a new school. Their heavy-handed efforts in this regard led to the so-called Invasion of Jīnshān 大鬧金山. never very large, the organization ceased to exist after that.
