Successor to Nèixué 內學.
In 1928 the magazine Nèixué 內學 was forced to cease publication due to financial difficulties. Inner Hall Miscellany was that magazine's successor. It was published by the same people out of the same institution, and thus shared a similar dedication to Buddhist philosophy. This magazine was much smaller, however, with each issue running to less than 20 pages.
There were at least two issues of the periodical under its new name; one can be found in MFQ Vol. 56, pp. 317-388, and another from April 1931 in MFQB Vol. 39, pp. 439 - 467.
