Sūzhōu 蘇州 is an ancient and prosperous city in Jiāngsū 江蘇 province. The city was occupied during the Tàipíng rebellion.

- Hánshān Temple 寒山寺

- Dān Péigēn 單培根 took refuge here in the 1940s
