  • Associated Location(s): Shàntóu Buddhist Seminary 汕頭佛教學院; in November 1935 it moved to Tung Lin Kok Yuen (Dōnglián juéyuàn) 東蓮覺苑 in Hong Kong 香港, where it was overseen by Ǎitíng 靄亭; in June 1937, Zhīfēng 芝峰 moved it to Jīnxiān 金仙 Temple in Ningbo 寧波, but it was printed at Xīzhú 西竺 Temple in Shanghai 上海
  • Associated Person(s): First edited by Dàyǒng 大醒, then by Jìchén 寄塵 and Tōngyì 通一; Zhīfēng became editor in June, 1937

Rén hǎidēng 人海燈 (Altar-Lamp of Humanity) was a Chinese Buddhist periodical.

It started life in 1933 as an insert for the Xiàmén News 廈門日報, but then the local Buddhist group turned it into an independent magazine the same year. Typical length was between 20 and 40 pages per issue.
